Tired tired tired! It's okay. All this coming home late at night, dry and chapped lips and having tons of fun with band mates from different schools will all end tomorrow. The concert is tomorrow. TOMORROW. It will be awesome. :) Surely, i'm gonna be happy when all this is over but i'm also gonna miss the laughter and stuffs :/
Anyway after our second last band practice which ended at 8.30 yesterday at NYJC, i went to get my reed scraped and one more new reed, just in case anything happens during the concert! I really really prefer buying reeds from Pan Yun than from Music Gear! Don't mind the $30 spent. Worth it. His reeds are so kncsbjvfihunhbvf much better! :)
He scrapes the reed from scratch and i don't know why they're so much better then Music Gear's even though both are hand-scraped reeds!Getting reeds from him is like also having a mini lesson with him. Telling me tips and such. Plus he has cool oboe books and such. I want lessons with him! :) Oh and he fixes my oboe if he can! Free awesome maintenance for my oboe! :D
Hahaha and he has this ancient oboe which is turning white and rusty and stuffs! But i tried it before and it's super smooth! The oboe is older then me! He bought it in 1984. It's awesome. Please look at how new mine is compared to his!
It's just a fun experience getting reeds from him! Plus, he's house always have 'live' music being played every time. It's either him, his wife or his daughter! His daughter was playing the cello when i went to his house yesterday. All musicians la! Seriously, i want an oboe lesson with him!
okay, today. was. alright. only. CAUSE. Andrew broke my nice new scraped reed. :( haha accident. nevermind. nevermind. will kill him some other day. when i don't feel so sad about my reed :( :P he literally broke it! cna kdscm jbmxbv jcd!!!!
Last YPSB practice today! It was fine! :) I think it could have been better! Hahaha i don't really feel prepared for the concert. How? :)
Had tons of fun going home from practice today though :)Because of these people. Made my day a whole lot better! :) (L)

Okay, i will be more disciplined and start studying for End-Of-Year exams after this concert. I want super fantastic grades! Seriously. :) hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! :P
